However, I have a Thomas Cook cash passport card.
They have contacted me today to tell me they overloaded my card in February by 107 euros and that they want this paid in full within 10 days or they will pass it to their litigation dept. previously, last October I had to pay them around £23 as the card was in debit?? As I was in a hurry I swallowed he cost and forgot about it. Where do I stand with this litigation threat etc. if I'm not in the right place can someone redirect me.
