Barclaycard Online Application

I just applied for a Barclaycard Platinum with 14 Months 0% on purchases and transfers, when I submitted the application I was asked to create an online PIN and password, which I did, but when I submitted it I got this:

Has anyone had this before?

I won't be impressed if I have to submit another application as they've already done a credit check.

Will call them during my break to find out but wondered if anyone else had the same and can share what happened next?
