Recently I was unable to login into my vanquis account. When I called them they told me that there was an attempt to make a payment on my card by someone. They gave me the last 4 digit on the card from which payment was attempted and also asked me to provide the front and back copy of the card along with bank statement. I really dont have any idea what are they talking about.
Did someone had the same experience?.
