Settling Black Horse finance with a 0% credit card?

Settling Black Horse finance with a 0% credit card?

Does anyone know if its possible to do this, or have you done this.....how?
We have 2 years left on caravan payments and with the many great 0% card deals around we're wondering if there's any way to settle finance with one of these and save ourselves the interest.
I've trawled the site but can't find a definitive answer.
